is a gross day for running. it had to have been one of the worst runs in a while, and it could only last 30 mins. i felt like shit, there was this erally strange quad cramping on my right leg and i couldnt breath or move. I feel like im done. I feel completely out of wack, this whole week screwed me up, and i know thats my own fault also but it sucks. This season sucked, i went no where. Nothing got better, but nothing got worse either. Im just plateuing. and it sucks. i just was warm dry days, and things to be off my mind.
